Good position? Not too sure about that, both of the big stacks are in prime postion to steal his blinds. However if he can catch some hands to re-steal or to take over a steal on the button...
Although, he'll be able to pick his spots when taking them on... I think Matt got the best seat. Immediate position on the tall stack with one of the shorter stacks in the best position to steal his BB and 2 shorter stacks to pick on for blinds.
