Missing money on Pacific after disconnect.

It seems Pacific just had some problems, a lot of people got disconnected almost at the same time.

I was one of the disconnectees and when I managed to log on again I saw that I have just $1470.27 in the cashier. $1470.27 is exactly what I had before I joined the table I played at when I got disconnected. I should have $1488.27 since I was up $18 at the table.

I checked the game history and there it says that my bankroll was $1488.27 in my last game. It also recorded a bunch of games played after I got disconnected and they all say I have $1488.27.

I´m obviously going to contact Pacific support, but I thought I would ask here first if anyone else has had this happen to them at Pacific, and if it is a hassle to get them to fix it.

i had 900 dissapear from my account, it took 5 days but i got it back.You won't have any hassles at all getting your money just be prepared to wait.

Still no response and the $18 is still missing. Well kind of, Pacific just crashed again and there´s now $37 more in the cashier than before the crash. Wtf are they doing?

Don't worry, just wait until you enter a SNG and they don't charge you.... I loved that.

This happened to me at party once, when there was a large disconnect. All the funds went hay wire and fund were counted as pending, 1 email and about 12 hours fixed it though.
