Without a reason? Probably they have a reason (might be a bad one but still) otherwise why would they do it? If there was no reason everybody would be shut out.

I am no longer welcome to play blackjack in a certain riverboat casino on the Iowa/Illinois border. I can feel free to partake of any of the other fabulous gaming opportunities offered by said casino, but I will be trespassing if I ever play blackjack again. (Yes, this is a sort of a brag post, but I'm not nearly so cool as it would suggest. My backing off was entirely unwarranted. I was wonging nonsmoking tables during off-peak time for quarters while waiting for a poker table. I made some count-correct insurance decisions that the dealer and then the pit didn't care for. Then I foolishly played dumb until the pit was pretty much forced to back me off.)

They used to kick out Blackjack card counters all the time back in the 4 deck days, it was perfectly legal.

[/ QUOTE ]

Still is. These days, if you're good enough to count the 8 deck shoes, they make you an offer you can't refuse*.

[/ QUOTE ]

It's a myth that an 8-deck shoe is tougher to count than a 4-decker...unless dividing by the numbers 5-8 is more difficult for you than dividing by 1,2,3,4. and if it is, u should not be a card counter.

It WILL provide you with fewer positive expectation situations. You need a wider bet spread to play through the negative expectation situations while waiting for a good count. It is also harder to backcount profitably.

Depends on a place. Almost all indian casinos (including big ones like Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun etc) can kick you out without explanation and sue you for tresspassing if they see you there again.Atlantic City casinos can't kick you out really. Don't know about Vegas.

I believe the case in AC is that the NJ Gaming Commission is the only entity allowed to formally bar players from casinos and that a barring excludes a player from any casino in the state.

Individual casinos can (and have) take other countermeasures, such as preferrential shuffling or enforcing a bet-size restriction on a card counter at the blackjack tables.

I think the rights of mullets are only protected in the deep south. You can safely get away with violating the civil rights of a mullet north of the Mason-Dixon line.

This is completely worthless without pics.
