pokerstars hand history request
Is Pokerstars generally quick with hand history requests?
I sent in a request for my last weeks HH's and I haven't received any e-mails at this point. It hasn't been close to 24 hr, but i was just wondering what the normal timeframe was. Thanks.

24 hours is too long - the queue right now is long, but it's never been 24 hours in the last 18 months or so.
Hand history requests may well take 24 hours, it depends on how busy the site is, but you'll always get a mail letting you know that we're on it. You should mail your request again.
