Problem with Empire

I haven't played at Empire for a while, so I logged in to see what my balance was, and to move it to Neteller.

But when I tried to log in, it acted like I'd forgotten my password. After several tries, I hit the "forgot password" link, and waited for the promised email.

No email came.

After several tries, I wrote Empire:

I tried to log in to my Empire account today, and couldn't.

After several tries, I clicked the link for "forgot password." The system said it would send me an email, but no email came.

I'm concerned somebody may have hacked into my account, and changed the password and email.

Could you please reassure me that hasn't happened, and tell me why I can't log in.

Empire hasn't responded.

Any advice, thoughts, suggestions?

Last time I tried the forgot-my-password thing at Empire, it took a day and a half to get the email with my password in it. By then I had figured it out and changed it, but the email still had the old password.
