Default Online checking account for poker?

I am looking for a free (I don't want direct deposit) checking account for online poker transactions. One that is as painless as possible to set up would be even better. Can anyone link me?

I think etradebank is totally free and only requires a $100 initial depo.

First Internet Bank of Indiana. Been using them for 4 months now and it's been a breeze.

NOT Netbank. Great online bank, but (in my experience) you can't link them to Neteller.

I use ING. They have easy online setup with no minimum balance and pay interest (not a lot but better than many no minimum balance accounts). Although I guess it technically qualifies as a savings account rather than a checking account but I have it linked into neteller and party.

ING is good, but I've found it a pain to get money in and out (2-3 day EFTs). Do they have a ATM card or anything like that?

No ATM card that I know of. It does take a few days to transfer money in via Neteller or Party or back out to my checking account. I just opened it a couple weeks ago and the one time I transferred money into Party through the account the money was usable on party immediately. It took a few days for the money to actually be debited from my ING account and then it takes several days for the money to go from Party to ING (actually still waiting on that one).

This is why I do ING for my savings and First IB for checking. First IB gives me an ATM card that I can use anywhere, and reimburses up to $6 in ATM fees per month. Sweet deal.

Why don't you try some of your local banks? Many offer little signup bonuses, too. I ended up with a $25 signup bonus for opening an interest free checking account with debit card. I use that card to make no-cost deposits into party & friends.
