I thought Ed Miller had a post where we wait to raise AA on a monotone flop until a blank falls on the turn, else we can get out easily. This was against a lot of players with players left to act. I think his reasoning was very few players will fold the flush draw and our hand can so easily be compromised on the turn. Also we get to force them to call two big bets on the turn when our equity is larger. This has been my standard line with strong hands on monotone flops when bet into since reading that post.
