When I saw Catwoman I cried when the credits started running and I was able to leave the theater. One of the happiest moments of my life.

I think the clear cartoon winner is Grave of the Fireflies. Ninja Scroll is even sadder than Transformers. Macross Plus is another good one, which has one of the best soundtracks I've ever heard.

I'm a sucker for sports flicks, so I'll vote for Miracle when he looks up into the stands at his wife after they beat the Russians and Hoosiers when he says "I love you guys".

Believe it or not, the very end of The Godfather III, when Michael's daughter gets shot at the opera, and he is so totally overcome with immediate grief that even Connie cannot believe how badly he is suffering.

I stood up and cheered when Sofia Coppola took it in the gut. Had I not been fully prepared by friends & reviews for it to suck, Godfather III would have probably been the most disappointing film experience of my life. Sofia Coppola as Connie has got to be one of the worst casting decisions of all time. My disbelief was completely un-suspended at this point. Eat lead, sugar!

I agree wholeheartedly.

My point, though, was that Michael is absolutely destroyed, and Pacino was very good in the scene.

I love the way she delivers the line, "Dad" after she gets shot. It's absolutely abysmal.

I am ashamed to admit that this was true for me too.

My gf at the time started bawling and that affected me. So I just looked away from her so she wouldn't see. When I later admitted to getting teary, she played hers off as being because we were gonna be separated for three weeks. Sweet, she makes me look like a pussy.
