How to upgrade my team

Looking for ways to improve my fantasy team. Its a 2+2 dynasty league (keep 16 outa 18). My draft wasnt great (happy hour with office before wasnt a great idea). Trying to figure out what kinds of moves I can make without hurting my future too bad. Any ideas?
