Default HU hand with TPTK

I have $1025 when I get AKo on the SB/button and raise to $30. Opponent ($1200) calls. Flop comes:

A J 4r

Opponent checks, I bet the pot, opponent check-raises me the minimum. This is either a bluff or top pair or better; he would call with a jack. If it is top pair or better, he will lead the turn. Anyway, I call the check-raise. $300 in the pot. Turn comes:
9
Opponent leads out for $300. This means top pair or better. I move-in for $575 more.
Thoughts? Is TPTK a go broke hand HU?
