I think a very good strategy is to keep refusing deals, as long as there are atleast 2 high $ cases. You can have some $ to fall back on if you spike a large case, and you will increase your EV if you dont spike the large cases. (EV as measured by the % of the remaining money they offer)

I'm much more willing to take a slightly -EV deal if I've only got 1 big case left and a couple or three low ones.
