Default AK Weird Turn Bet

Opponent is 66/24 aggressive and loose. He plays his big hands fast. I've attacked his blinds before. I think in this situation he either has 1010-KK or just some garbage so I want to extract the most value. The turn bet confused me. This isn't a bet to make me fold, so is it a value bet? Maybe he's trying to buy a free card. Regardless should I raise here and if so how much? I think once he checks the river I'm good by a lot. Is it even good to bet there if the only reasons he's checking is
1. He's given up
2. He's got me beat and going for the check raise

Maybe a really tiny bet like 30 is good here and folding to a raise.

All comments appreciated. Don't let my thought process get in your way
