Default Raising or Folding Strategy in Limit Tournaments

What do you guys think of the Raising or folding strategy preflop in Limit hold em tournaments? Where Calling isn't even an option (Completing or checking the blinds don't count)

There have to be situations where calling is the best option, so I wouldn't limit myself to a raise or fold strategy. Raising or folding will make up the vast majority of my actions, but I will call along with second pair or worse if I suspect that my opponent is trying to push me out with nothing. I think you'll be easy to read and react to if you use this strategy.

Actually, I meant preflop actions as far as raising or folding. I think you have to be a good post flop player to play this way, but I think It's a viable strategy

Generally I am very unlikely to enter a pot with a limp in the mid-late stages, unless a couple have limped before me. The chance of stealing is generally too high.
