Default Strange timing of day off in 2006 WSOP ME

They have 4 day 1s and 2 day 2s, then they have a break day. Hasn't everyone had enough days off at that point with the split schedule? Plus at that point they have 1600 of 8000 players. Unless they are paying 20%, they haven't reached the bubble, so people will have to wait an extra day to not cash.

This is just another reason why they should increase the buy-in of the main event. This years schedule is just ridiculous. As you pointed out, if you start on Day 1A on Friday July 28th, you could play until Friday August 4th and not even cash.
