Default 10/20 puke

UTG is a real loose-passive, like 63/0/0.3
SB is 20/14/2.7

What do you put UTG on? I don't see a hand with a 7 play the turn and river this way.

Its pretty unlikely either of them has a 7 and they probably think the same with all the action. Considering the action I am sure I am beat on the river. The pot is HUGE but I have to call "at least" 2 to see a showdown and my hand really doesnt look good anymore.
I´m pretty sure one of them has a higher set, but the only ones possible are KK for SB and 99 for UTG with a really loose flop action (but I think he might be capable of it).
I dont see a hand that UTG plays this way that I beat, maybe 66 but then there is still SB.
Actually I dont think I am good more than 1% on the river.
0.3 AF is really passive and SB wasnt nuts either.

When a 63/0/.3 raises the river I will guarentee that they have the straight. This is so passive that they will call anything with almost no hand.

I think you can put in one more bet on the turn. Sb likely has AK, KQ, AA and passive utg would cap the turn if he had the strait. I think your river play is fine given the raise by UTG

I'm curious what he had because I can't see how the T helped him.

Not impossible but I think with a postflop aggression factor of 0.3 he is too passive for that.

The river fold against someone this passive . . . this isn't a strategy post, this is a bad beat post in disguise.

I'm curious as to why you didn't cap the turn. You don't think you're good at least 40% of the time?

Passives practically never overplay flops but curiously enough they don't always evaluate hand strength that well on the river and will sometimes be too aggressive with two pair despite being told it isn't enough. Probably not the case here, just a general observation.
