Default Hard time clearing absolute

Some may find this funny, but i find the games to be very few on this site at comfortable clearing levels for low limit players. What are people usually playing at, and are you playing 3 tables at at time clearing it? Do most of you grind these out as if it were empire? All the tables i see are always filled, and its just hard to jump into 3 games at once.

Well the software still kicks people off the waiting lists when you join a game. And the entire site is full of bonus chasers and "unmentionable" holders.

1/2 limit and higher will clear at basically 10x required.

Often you will have to play above/below your normal level in order to get 3 tables. That or you have to play shorthanded games. My biggest complaint about Absolute is that tables break so quickly there. I'm not sure if its the 9 handed tables or what, but this is the only site I dont regularly use the autopost blinds checkbox.

It helps if you are comfortable with more than one game. I sometimes play stud on one table, omaha on a second and holdem on the third. Or a mix of limit/pl/nl.

Playing different games is good way to mess up your BB/100. Heck, playing NL vs Limit can mess you up in a fast moving environment.

Unless the games are moving very slow, or you are very bored, the average player should stick to identical games.

If you play 3 tables of 1/2 you will clear the bonuses rather quickly. The action is really dry and boring though, with not much going on.

You can alternatively play short handed, where the players are alot more loose and aggressive. You'll see about 1/2 the hands reach 0.25 at .5/1 and about 90% reach at 1/2.

O8b tables are good for clearing aswell, though they are few and far between at absolute.

During normal playing times there are usually at least 3 full ring limit 1/2 games going on and at that level you are clearing $4/hr per table. And with rakeback another $0.63/hr per table. So I'm making almost $14/hr 3-tabling at Absolute before considering win rate...

I usually find myself playing 1 5/10 1 3/6 and 1 2/4. I am also usually looking for better games the whole time.

The only reason to play at absolute is the bonus...I've been playing 1/2 full ring and the games are very boring...too many whores, and only about 40%-50% of hands are raked $.25, so the clearing is slow. 1/2 6max or 2/4 full ring is the way to go...

I found the 2/4 and 3/6 6-max games to be worthwhile for bonus clearing. Usually 1 chip spewer with vpip > 50%, plus RB, plus bonus == cha ching! The full ring games can be rocky but the 6-max ones were nice. GL!
