Neteller's Scheduled Maintenance?

Their "Scheduled Maintenance" screen has been up for over 48 hours. How long to these guys usually take? Does it have anything to do with the Party skins situation?

Ive not had any issue with Neteller. Or are you talking about some Neteller cashout function from within Party?
