Default Resident Evil 4

Yea Im late allright. Game is sick, one of the better games Ive played in years, if you have a cube and havent picked it up yet, I highly recommend it. I think its coming out for ps2 soon as well. That is all.

Okay, so yeah this topic is a few months old...but I picked this game up the other day and I have to say it is pretty sick. It's been eating a lot of my time up these past couple days. This is the first game I have bought since GTA:SA. I don't buy/play games too often anymore, but I was having Resident Evil nostalgia this past weekend.

Anyone else have it? By now, I imagine anyone who has played it has either finished it or given up on it.

I loved it. I played it on the GC a while ago but I have heard that the PS2 one is better. Best RE I've played to date.

Its a lot of fun and I played it a lot right when I got it for GC up until about 1/2 through the castle, when I realized I didnt have enough ammo to, um, win? Anyways, I tihnk I'll start it again from the beginning of the castle-level eventually, and try not to waste ammo so much by not constantly getting sweet-mother-head-shots

This game was fantastic from start to finish.

Once you beat the game, you get a new costume and armor suit. Plus it pays to save up your money instead of upgrading all your guns. Stick to making your shotgun and pistol the most powerful guns. If you can get enough credits, you can get the unlimited rocket launcher, it will make the final bosses much easier to beat. Though it might make it too easy to beat them once you accquire it. Only upgrade the guns on the final guns you use. The sniper riper with the scope is a very effective weapon.

Also try to break as many containers as you can find to load up on your gold.

Hmm, now you've got me worried that I've been spending my money too frivolously. I, of course, had to try out all the weapons, and you don't get as much money in return for them as you spent upgrading them. I will be more thrifty for the rest of the game.
