Default \"First-In Vigorish,\" from HoH v. 2

In his second book, Harrington describees "first-in vigorish."

How do limpers change this?

If you are on the button and CO limps in, do you still have first-in vigorish via pushing?

You no longer have 1st-in vig, by definition, but you may still have some push vig, depending on your stack. 3BB isn't going to fold the CO. The blinds may worry that CO may repop (sandwich effect).

You must be first to open. However, as stated above, you can still push with an all-in, just becareful of traps and whatnot.
