Prima registration question

I was opening a new Prima account. I got to a screen that asked if I had played on other Prima sites. I have and aid yes, but I have no idea what my user anme or password was and they want it. I called support and reached someone who didn't speak English well enough for me to explainthe problem. Is there anyone here that knows how to proceed?
