So what do you think about the flop? 3bet or just call? The turn? Check it through or bet? The river i think can be folded to the 3bet but i have never been to the commerce .

fold preflop.

i dont mind the flop call but howw ould you feel if T9 called 1 more bet when he would have folded for 2 more if you 3 bet and a q comes off??

would this opponent be weak enough to check call KJ or 44?

i dont think so...i raise another few times.

I agree

If you're going to limp with this crap (which I would also do!), you have to 3 bet the flop in order to chase the other loose players.

It seems like your oppenent C/R with a J big kicker, although it seems a little strange, maybe he wanted more money in the pot to hit his 5 outer!

I think you need to raise one more time on the river. Your oppenent probably thinks you have AK,KQ and his 3-bet is fairly standard with trips. Put one more raise in and call down if he 5-bets hoping he just has a small set like 44 etc.

You guys must have some serious postflop skills, limping with a POS like this after two limpers. Are you trying to outfish the fish with this one? This hand licks chode... easy muck. Make it a suited queen, non-volatile game pre-flop (i.e., multiway for ONE bet), and closer to the button then sure, call.

Cap the river.

If he is the fancy smancy type to play KK like this so be it. But I cap that river.

You are right. It was a terrible call preflop.

Small blind had KJ and I was toast.

Thanks everyone. I could not comprehend that the small blind would have played a Jack that could beat me so passively.

However, he had J-K and won with a higher full house.

Am I really the only person on 2+2 that folds this on the river? Maybe TA would but come on. Checkraised on the flop then checkcall turn then lead and 3bet? It is so obvious when 3bet you are toast.

To the poster that asked me "why raise and fold to a 3bet?". You raise for value but when you get 3bet you are toast the way this hand played out.
