Default Foxwoods 20/40 hand

Friday night main game. Lately most pots have 5 to 7 people seeing the flop. The last few pots have been monstrous family pots taken down by cheese.

I call in late middle position with J-4 suited after under the gun and the next two players have called. Seven players see the flop.

Flop comes K-J-4 rainbow. Checked to me, I bet. Everyone calls to the small blind who raises. I call but everyone else folds (a lot of people would call one bet and then fold to a raise).

Turn is an off-color 2. Small blind checks, I bet. He calls.

River is another Jack. Small blind bets out, I raise. He reraises, I call.

Comments?

River is a Jack. No flush possible

i still think that is a pretty bad pf call.

I just came back from the FW 20/40 this morning. i would not have called preflop.

On the river, i am assuming KK is not a factor and the only hand that can beat you is KJ. I personally reraise.

Fold preflop, you need at least one more limper to do this.

fold to the checkraise on the flop. fold preflop, check behind on the turn your drawing dead, fold preflop, raise river and fold to the 3bet, if you missed it the first few times, fold preflop especially if you cannot play postflop even remotely correctly.

So what do you think about the flop? 3bet or just call? The turn? Check it through or bet? The river i think can be folded to the 3bet but i have never been to the commerce.

I think you need to 3 bet the flop. Especially in such a loose game you need to bet for info (on the SB), and to protect your hand.

If he 4-bets, I'd say he's either got JJ or 44, KJ at the least anyway.

Is he capable of check raising the flop with KT/KQ/AK? If so, I'd say raise the turn since you didn't 3 bet the flop.

If you plan on folding the FH to a 3 bet on the river, why even raise to begin with?

If he's value betting K4o your golden but if he's 3betting you, your toast.
