normally i don't call there. but i had 66,000 chips. there was already 21,000 in the pot and my 3,000 closed the action. i was getting 8-1 with no chance of being raised so i thought it was worth the call in that spot with that many chips.

Preflop: Hero is BB with 2, T. 2 folds, MP1 calls t3000, 2 folds, CO raises to t6000, 1 fold, SB calls t4500, Hero calls t3000, MP1 calls t3000 i was getting 8-1 with no chance of being raised .

good catch. there was one person behind me that could have reraised. i still think i had enough chips to put 3,000 more into a 21,000 chip pot with one person acting behind me. for those who think it was a bad call, i'm interested in hearing your point of view.

the reason i wouldn't call with T2s is that even if i (very rarely) hit a mediocre flush flop i would never be confident that it would be or remain the winning hand, with two cards still to come
hitting the four-flush (for which you did have pot odds) would probably be even worse; as would TTx because of the 2 kicker i'd probably sometimes call in a cash game depending on extraneous circumstances like being drunk
