somebody notified me via pm about racist comments in oot. i reviewed his post history in oot and it basically all looks negative (see mod notes i left). anybody recognize this guy from their forums as just being a [censored] disturber? it's weird how sometimes people will be normal in other places but loathsome in oot. i don't like to go from 0-60 on people with post counts that high unless they've gone dramatically over the line.

Just a quick polite request/suggestion to all mods:
Please add your name and the date to any notes you make against a poster. It helps with judgement by those who come behind. Thanks.

While every now and then he can come off as a little rough, he's been a pretty good poster in Micro. I'd rather not see him banned. He certainly hasn't been making any racist comments or the like there. He sticks to good strategy.
Edit: Upon reviewing your links in his profile, the first two don't get to me all that much. They blend into a lot of the general douchbaggery that comes w/ OOT. Insulting Tony was definitely over the line, however. I'm pretty surprised at this, but I mostly only read his posts in Micro.

If any of you get an opportunity to encourage one of these moderators to do so that would be cool.

I have litle patience for racist idiots. Good poster or not, I'd say at least a suspension is well warrented. I have this guy on ignore for exactly this reason. He's got some pretty ugly stuff in the sports forum as well.
