? about Intertops and Party

I received an email from an affiliate of mine saying that intertops and party will be joining in the next couple days. I have barely heard of them. Were they a party skin before or are they new? How many new players do you think this will bring? Lastly, why in the world would Party take on another skin? Did they buy them?
