Pokerstars and its FPP store..

Ok, I am just about getting sick of this store, is anyone else having problems?

On june 10th i ordered a set of chips for 8k FPP's. The chips have not even been sent yet. Infact, i got a stress star and a sklansky book about a week and a half later (which were ordered on June 12th).

I emailed stars about this the day i got my sklansky book and stress star. They said they were running low on chips, but just received a new shipment and will start mailing out soon. - ok.

Its been over a month since i ordered these chips, and about 3 weeks since i emailed them about it, and they still have not been shipped. Not only that, I ordered SSH and some other random junk, and there are no updates on that either.

Has anyone else had problems with their FPP store? I'm not sure if I'm getting screwed over here. It has been quite some time, and it seems as if their FPP support is lying to me.

I've never had problems with the FPP store...in fact they once gave me an item for less than the value (a 1700 item for like 1300). Of course I ordered clothing..regardless they've been great to me.

I just got the quarter zip fleece. It was at my house in about 2 weeks including the 4th of July holiday. Good quality stuff. No complaints.
