Default UB Hand Histories

Is there a way to get old hand histories from UB? I keep forgetting they suck and never open up the hand history windows to capture the hands for poker tracker.

I just received an e-mail response when I asked for all my hand histories from the Royal hold'em tables.

Their response:

We are sorry but we do not offer automated hand histories. If you wish
to see a hand history, please be sure to send us the table and hand
numbers of the hands you wish to see.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Sincerely,
Fernando

This sums it up for them. Get Ultimate History off of the PT website and run it while you play.

On another note, why you playing Royal Holdem?

I just send them an e-mail at the end of the day asking for the last 24 hours' HHs. I usually get them within 20 minutes.

Drag is that they're in Excel format.

For some reason they default to that, but if you ask them nicely they'll send them in plaintext.

With ultimate history and gametime+ you can get 200 previous hands from any table.
