Is Neteller Down?

I cant sign into neteller or bank of america. Im feeling kind of impotent.

I just went pee and while I was pee'ing I was thinking, its odd that neteller and bank of america are both not letting me sign in at the same time, when neither of them has ever done this before.

Its also odd this is occuring right after I get back from being gone 2 days leaving my roomates to do god knows what with my computer.

My first suspicioun was for some reason I couldnt sign into anything, yet here I was on twoplustwo. Then it hit me, I cant sign into secure things. Perhaps when my computer is on for 2 days it wont let me, or somethign like that. So I restarted, and I can sign in, [censored] YEAH!!
