What do do about this Party error

So I made my deposit at Party. I had to email them to get them to manually adjust my account for the bonus. The bonus gets added. After about 6 hours of playing i see how many raked hands I have played. Pokertracker says 615, my bonus account says I have played zero hands. I email them 4 times, I finally got someone who had a clue because the first emails were "we've added this bonus to your account" well no **** you have. Finally they tell me they cant add the hands I have already played.

What BS this is obviously their fault, what can I do to convince them to right their wrong? I'm considering a pitch a bitch to Casinomeister as this is about 100 they are trying to steal.

If you're a poker addict, I'd say let it go, you would have played those hands anyway, and likely you won't have any problems playing it through before deadline I assume.

Don't waste the big cannons (pitch a bitch) on small things, save them for more serious battles.

i am totally ignorant to party and systems. why would you suggest this joe? he needs these to clear the bonus as far as they are concerned (i.e. forgetting about rakeback).

there must be a reason why you guys would even consider 'letting it go' and i don't understand. 600 hands seems like a lot if there are hand requirements to be met.
