Default NL at Pokerroom

My wife just took first in one of the daily freerolls at pokerroom for $75. She wanted to play the NL Cash games so I helped her get started. Their system is a $25maxbuyin with blinds of only $0.25 & $0.15.. So I sat and watched for a while. They have a nice stat that i wish party has, Ave. players/pot. in a %. Scrolling down the list most of them were like %70 some even %80!! Correct strategy in this type of game(smaller blinds+lots of limping) would be to just wait for monsters preflop then attack? Or should more drawing hands be played because of pot odds. Hardly ever was the pot raised preflop.

With deeper stacks and little aggression preflop, I think you can limp with more hands than usual. The implied odds of catching a hand on the flop go way up with the smaller blinds and more people seeing the flop. Small pairs become quite profitable, as you can see a flop cheaply, and have a chance at someone's stack if you hit the flop.
