Teach me to play tournament PLO

Any guidelines for PLO tournament strategy? Mostly I'm concerned about preflop -- since it's a tournament and blinds increase I imagine I'll need to be stealing blinds sometimes, which is different from my usual PLO passive preflop play. Thoughts on what hands are good to raise with preflop, and what hands are dangerous to raise with would be greatly appreciated, as well as any other guidelines. Thanks!
