Default Poker Tracker auto rate settings

I recently bought Poker Tracker. I am looking for suggestions on how to set the auto rate functions. I play mainly 3/6 limit (10 player tables) and $100 NL (6 and 10 player tables). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The post you cited mentions Bison's auto rate settings. Excuse my ignorance, but do you know how I find those so I can compare the two?
Thanks.

are autoratings really that useful compared to just using the raw stats from GT+ or playerview?

What I do is use the raw stats for programs like GT+. Then compare players. VPIP, PRF, TAF. I also color code them.

green for fish, orange for decent player, red for TAG or LAG.

So that way when stats popup when I open a table I can quickly see how many fish/good/dangerous players are at the table.

If anyone is interested I posted all the Full Tilt poker articles on my site. They are not the end all be all but I have found useful information on them.

But autorating doesnt tell you everything.
lets say full game you have
LAG (A) PRF 18%, TAF 3.6, VPIP 41%
compared to
LAG (B) PRF 20%, TAF 1.2, VPIP 44%

Big different in how they play and how you play them. I would rather look at these #s then some summary like loose aggressive/passive.
