What do you want in a new skin
O.K. It's been asked a million times as a new network - But what about another site starting up on an existing network? What do you want, rake back aside... And.. would you play w/o rake back if the rewward system was the equivalent of 20% rake back ?

decent software? hire me for the gui design =D I swear to god I haven't played on a site yet where I couldn't write a better gui.
also my uni internet sucks, and most sites can't take the packet loss very well. Most sites have TERRIBLE disconnection detection (60s timeouts etc). Stars of course has great detection and UB has decent detection. The rest are garbage. Pacific and Bet365 take minutes to reconnect (while UB usually continues without even noticing an interruption)

A customer support (email or telephone ) that answers in a reasonable period of time, understands poker player questions, queries and problems.
