dissapearing hand history

This happened to me two seperate times last night while playing on eurobet. The hand history from one of the 3 tables I was playing was not showing up on my hard drive. When I asked them to send me the hand history, I clicked the link they suppplied in my e-messages and I got the message "hand history not avaliable". Has anyone ever had a similar problem? I'm try to import all my hand histories into PT and now I'm missing a fair amount of them. Don't know if this belongs here or in computer support, feel free to move it mods.
