Default Re: PS 2-Table $14 satellites to $215 Sunday Tourney

Hey illini:

I've played these $39 sats quite a lot. Definitely my favorite big sunday qualifier. RE: bankroll, I agree with the 1-2% per tourney (if you can't/don't want to reload). I would not adjust from there, unless you feel like taking an occasional shot above your roll.

One thing to note, though, is the idea of playing scared. If the buyin is more than you are comfortable losing in one shot, you may play scared. If you think this fits your personality profile, then I would pass. But, this is an insanely easy sat offering seats to 1 out of 6. "Highest recommendation" if you're comfortable with the investment.

Yeah, if I played a 39, that would constitute almost 7% of my bankroll, and I don't think I'm willing to put that much on one shot.

I don't think that I would play scared and I think that I can play at the level necessary to qualify, but my own feelins are to wait until I build my roll up some more.

Saying that, what would be a good estimate for a bankroll playing the $14 2-tables? 460-840?? (40-60x buy-in)?
