Default adjusting play based on pt stats

Hey guys just started playing 6max 3 weeks ago.
I use PT and play 2 tables of 3-6 I make about $600/week in rakeback scince im getting %70. So im not too concerned about beating the game for a large amount although it would be nice.

The question I have is this..
What kind of adjustment do you make for the different types of player types that you see with your PT stats. Do most people keep notes on players tendencies as well as have PT running or just rely on PT stats?
I find it tough tough to keep notes while 2 tabling.
