Smooth call on the flop was in order to raise a non-heart turn. I'm not sure what to think on this river though. Since he's an unknown I don't think raise/fold to 3-bet is a real option here. Knowing that, call or raise?

My personal opinion is that it's an easy call. I don't see the value in raising, but you have to show this hand down.
