It is highly subjective that is why it should be the minimalist approach and give you the ability to move and\or become politically active. For example, I choose not to live in DC and MD or to move to CA because of their gun control laws. I am very active in preserving my gun rights in VA move that to the federal level, it just the flavor of the ruling political party.

You know that MN passed a new concealed carry law (a bit of a misnomer because concealment is not required) where the default is to issue a permit (used to be much more discretion given to local authorities), right?
