I think it´s a clear value-bet against a loose passive who would call you down with any pair hoping for you to have AK, AQ, AJ.

I think is ok to keep value-betting, even against an LP. Sure, he will sometimes show you a ten, and sometimes just fold a busted flush draw, but more often he will pay you off with a worse hand.
