A10
I've put on the scuba gear and I am swimming with the fishes in this .25/.50 live game. My stacks is around $45 and I have everyone covered including Villian.
Villian and I go way back in terms of poker and have been playing almost every week, once a week, for around 3 or 4 months now. He is sometimes tight, and sometimes crazy. In four player games we've had all in fests every few hands, and he's folded to my raises with AQ, AJ etc. A chameleon! He is playing fairly tight tonight, no obvious signs of tilt despite the fact that he is fairly loose. I'm in late position with an ace and a broadway, and it's suited! A10 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] and I raise the few limpers in the pot (7 handed) and before you nag, this is UNQUESTIONABLY the right play. It will likely get 3 or 4 way action. So I raise to $1.50, and get 3 other callers for a pot of $6 (maybe a bit in change cause of blinds). I am last to act on the flop. Checked to me on the Flop($6) 10 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] and I bet out $4. Villian to my immediate left check raises to $14 in total. Doesn't seem nervous, and it's folded to me. He has $4 behind. Your action? |

Re: A10
looks to me like he may have hit a set. That is a pretty big bet. I would probably fold this unless villain is known to try and steal pots with large bets. The pot is still relatively small. If the pot was larger before the raise i would be more inclined to call
