What poker game should I focus on (limit HE, pot Omaha, etc.)

Like math over psych, huh? Sounds like limit is up your alley. Limit Hold'em is always good, but the best math games, IMHO, are Seven Card Stud, Seven Card Stud Hi/lo, Razz, Omaha Hi/Lo, Omaha. You get to see more of the deck, so you can do more accurate guestimating.

There's a bit of psych involved in all poker, so keep working on that aspect as well.
