What really surprises me about this HH is how Riverloser is such a well known "respected" player, yet can call his whole stack away with A-high.

You know Ladbrokes offers $1000+50 SnGs? ($5000+100 as well, but only HU).

I don't think they fill up much though.

i used to play on the small stakes ring games for a proper living and i never saw one run. and i was playing some 10 hours a day at least five days a week (the dark dark days, where MTTs didnt happen there, and a SnG was what i played as a break).

whilst im luckily (too drunk) under bankrolled to play, i do see someone at the 1 grand heads up game.

does the 1K ten seater happen, possibly, does it happen often, no, will anyone on here play in one, i doubt it, they dont allow american players.

would be damn cool to watch though. blinds of 500 and 1000 and 8 handed is envisaged

That is a damn tough lineup. I recognize Riverloser and Piejay, anyone else "known"?

Fillerup is one of the regulars in teh bigger stars sng's - and one I prefer to avoid.

Hehe, it was real close. If the blinds were a bit higher and if I didnt feel like I was better than my opposition this would be an easy call. I felt like I should lay it down though. TT I call for sure.

I also see Demian in the 5/10 NL game. I have stopped most of my partying SNGs for now, and really tried to work on my cash NL game.

The game has really tough regulars, but because of people who buy in for the min and gambool, it can be profitable. It seems some other former SNGers have found this game too to their liking (AJo).
