This is probably the best way to go. Luxenburg and monaco are the only two countries left with almost pure banking privacy laws. I really dont see why more people dont do this. Not just for privacy, but it also effectively sheilds your assets from liability from law suits divorce settlements etc. If you just want one offshore csft in switzerland will let anyone with I think 35k set one up. Switzerland is allright tax evasion isnt against the law there so irs has to prove tax fraud to get acess, and it is protected from most civil settlements here as well. Dont go through an agency though it is just a waste of time, money and an unnecessary risk.

What about one of those neteller debit card things? Sure, there are some annoying charges but it is a damn simple solution.

Neteller has account limit set at 48k if I correctly understand their policy.

That sounds good, could I dodge taxes with a simple neteller debit card?
Or could the IRS track that some how?
