Default Pokerroom NL blinds

I opened an account with PokerRoom yesterday, and started to play at NL tables.
When I sit-in a .25/0.50 NL table, the blinds are actually .10/.25.
When I sit-in a .5/$1 NL table, the blinds are actually .25/.50.
Did I see things wrong?
Why PokerRoom displays the incorrect blinds in their table listing?

I believe the first numbers are the "stakes", which differs from the blind structure. Perhaps the stakes represent the betting structure.

At Pokerroom's NL games, bets on the turn/river must be at least double the big blind, like fixed limit.

Oh no, other two plus twoers are playing there now?

I need to find a new site anyway. You cant change your name there so you will find after awhile that the place can become somewhat scorched earth after awhile.
