Default How much action to give?

i only have 50 hands on this guy, but he is 50/2/0.8. I have seen him open limp on the button a few times, but never saw what he had. don't know too much else about him.

This looks fine against a relative unknown, although we could probably be capping this flop, and calling down from there. Let's hope we win a kicker war and he wasn't just playing his flush draw aggressively.

Seems like a pretty easy flop cap to me. If he comes out betting the turn I just call him down from there.

Hey, I always wait till the turn to raise.
They never notice it and fall for it nearly always.

Bob,

I think a cap would be ok here, but I don't think that there's anything glaringly wrong with the way you played it. IMO this play wouldn't contribute to your downswing, which is probably the information that you're the most interested in?

I think I usually fire one more on the flop, and if he still comes out betting on the turn, then its calldown time. If he is really passive however, I think you played this just fine.

With only 50 hands on villain, I wouldn't give his stats much credit. If you treat him as unknown, I think I'd cap the flop. If he leads the turn, I go into the same calldown mode.

I think this is fine considering how passive the villain seems. If he were any more agressive, I would pop him on the turn.

I also might call the flop and raise the turn against any opponent.

Grunching - I reckon he's got 2pair on that flop, Sets will wait for turn i reckon.

I like your line, River is where i'd be thinking "Board didn't pair, is my one pair good? Pots not massive and flush just hit if he was on a draw...."

But ill call anyhow.

I felt like I wanted to see a SD. I was tempted to cap the flop, but if he leads the turn, I can call, but if I don't improve by the river, I don't think I should call the river bet. That said, I would call anyway cuz I suck. What is most maddening is that he of course has ATo and I let him see the turn cheaply. MEH.
