What does it mean to let a player "sweat" your cards?

Hi.

You know when Craps players let the lucky pretty lady
blow on the dice for them before they roll?

This has nothing to do with that.

If you are all in on the flop against an opponent and you need to catch runner-runner to beat him...catching a runner on the turn would be a "sweat card". People like sweat cards because nobody likes to get busted on the turn.

If you are talking about somebody sweating you...this usually means someone watching you play in some tourney or something.

I have never heard anyone say it. I would guess it means you refuse to show your hand after everyone is all-in. It could also mean being very slow to show your hand in a showdown.

Another possibility is you might tell a beginner, "Don't sweat so much about what the other guy might have, bet aggressively and he has to sweat your cards."

I would think it means letting a person (one that is that involved in the current hand) look at your cards while, so that she may share your emotional ups and downs.
