I'm not huge on Mario Kart (although my roommates and I have been playing a lot of Double Dash the past few weeks), but I was under the impression that it was generally understood that the SNES one was better than the N64 one.

dud you really should check out the DS version, its like a badass combination of the super nintendo one and the n64 one, sooooo great.

[/ QUOTE ] I think Super Mario Kart actually improved significantly from SNES to N64, with the addition of so many more characters and racetracks. It's the Game Cube version that truly sucks.

I think it's more of a travesty that FF6 is losing by a wide margin. SMB3 is a great game, but the depth and story that went into FF6 clearly makes it the winner in my book.
