Default Aggression and marginal hands

The re-raiser could be doing this with a fairly wide range but he is pretty ABC. I'm not sure about shorty he is playing pretty tight. Is this too aggressive or standard?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (5 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

BB ($31.95)
UTG ($9.75)
MP ($24.65)
Button ($11.20)
Hero ($25)

Preflop: Hero is SB with J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. 1 fold, MP calls $0.25, Button raises to $0.5, Hero calls $0.40, BB calls $0.25, MP calls $0.25.

Flop: ($2) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Hero bets $1.25, BB folds, MP raises to $4, Button calls $4, Hero raises to $24.5

Default Re: Aggression and marginal hands

This is ok IMO. bet/3-bet is fine with all the dead money in the pot- FE may not be as high, but you definitely have outs against a better hand. Plus you don't have to play any more postflop, being OOP and everything.
