Kudos to Party Support

I used the reload code but did not get the bonus. Party's e-mails were bouncing for me this morning so I tried their 800 number. Two buttons, one for bonus/account problems and one to tell them I was a real money player and I was talking to a human. Yes he had a heavy accent but he was easy to understand. In under 60 seconds he had corrected the error and we were done. I figured for all the bad stories we hear about support I was obligated to report such an effective and painless encounter with Party Support.

This seems to be the case with all the problems about the recent bonus. Maybe Party has decided that just because they are the biggest site with the best games doesn't mean they can have terrible support. Intertops on the other hand....

If you are dealing with Intertops Poker support, you are dealing with the same people as Party. If you are dealing with their Casino/Sportsbook support they are different and they are pretty much morons.

I was pretty sure that when you called the number for Intertops you got different support people than party. When I say this, I mean you get the people that support the sportsbook and/or casino at Intertops. The only time I dealt with them, the idiot in question ended up transferring me to the "poker people" which probably were Party support people, based on what you said.

I was causing a big stink about my sign up bonus not being credited. The poker person assured me that it would be and that I should "commence playing raked hands." I told him I would as soon as I saw that the bonus had been applied to my account. 2 weeks and 4 phone calls later... still nothing. So I took my money out of Intertops and vowed to never play there again.

My resolve broke when I saw their newest reload though. What can I say? Everyone has their price :P
