Does Empire have same transfer restrictions as Party?

I am transferring money to a player but actually WANT him to be required to play a few hands before he can cash-out(it's an affiliate thing). Will he be required to play 25% in raked hands prior to cashout?

He has to play hands before he cashes out, just not sure how many.
